Angelina Grab

Angelina is a San Francisco native who has been managing businesses for over a decade. For much of her life, Angelina has worked to advocate for social and environmental justice, and she applies a deep commitment to social change to her role at RadicalFusion. Angelina oversees all business and financial aspects of the company, and she is an expert in team development and leadership cultivation. Angelina has a Master's of Science in Organization Development (MSOD) from the University of San Francisco. In her spare time, Angelina enjoys reading about apiculture, socio-biology, and Russian cultural history.

Sam McAfee

Sam is an expert in object oriented software systems design, web application architecture and usability, and software development project and team process improvement. He is a vocal advocate of agile development methodologies, open source software, and support for web standards.

In addition to his busy role at RadicalFusion, Sam has over 15 years of experience as an activist and community organizer. He is particularly interested in issues such as the strengthening of the U.S. Labor Movement, international solidarity, food security and nutrition, and education. Sam has played bass guitar since the age of 12, and has been a member of five bands since high school.

Lemuel Haham

Lemuel Haham has 15 years of software development experience. Lemuel has worked on web applications for large companies including Hewlett-Packard, Motorola, and Ernst & Young, startups such as H5 Technologies and InstallAware, and the non-profits GeekCorps in Africa and Okma in Guatemala.

A full time employee at RadicalFusion, Lemuel has experience using a variety of platforms and languages including Java, PHP, and RoR. When he is not programming, Lemuel is a Chinese acrobat in a traveling circus.

Jamie Scanu

Jamie Scanu is our main point of contact with our clients, facilitating the often complex process of translating business requirements into executable tasks for the engineers. A strong art and design background in print and web production, coupled with years of project management experience, affords Jamie both a broad and deep sense of the web application development sphere.

Evan Marell

Evan Marell has a background in Electrical Engineering and has been practicing web development professionally since 2004. He is well versed in a wide array of languages, tools and platforms, with a particular focus on Ruby on Rails. His background includes everything from programming robots to building websites to soldering and circuit prototyping.

Matthew D. Howell

Matthew Howell came to RadicalFusion with a solid background in fine arts and multimedia from his education at Massachusetts College of Art and Design. He has been developing sleek and dynamic web applications since 2005. His skills include Python, Ruby and PHP, but he's particularly talented with JavaScript. Matt spends the other half of his dual life as an experimental sound artist and musician. Unlike other geeks, he doesn't want to take over the world, he would rather record it, chop it up and play it back on a large soundsystem.
